Who We Are at Revitalize Weight Loss
Our Story
Revitalize Weight Loss was founded to help people reach their weight loss goals and then maintain the weight without added medications or injections. Our founder struggled with weight issues herself after being diagnosed with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome. Nothing she did helped her reach her goal until this program. Not only did she reach she goal but has kept it off for over 2 years now! She now wants to share the program that helped her get to her ideal weight and helped her keep it off!

The program is designed to fit you. Our one-on-one weekly coaching sessions are designed to help you reach your goals! These are offered virtually and in person. Our programs are designed to help you not only lose weight but also improve your overall health and well-being. The program is not only effective but sustainable as well.
Our Approach
At Revitalize Weight Loss, we believe in taking a balanced approach to weight loss. Our program teaches you how to lose weight the healthy way and then how to keep it off! We teach you about healthy eating and what your body needs to sustain a healthy weight that makes you look and feel great. We will work with you to create a personalized plan that fits your unique needs, goals and lifestyle. What is the one reason people fail on diets? They are A LOT of WORK and people feel they are "missing out" on some of their favorite foods. At Revitalize, we make it as easy and hassle free as possible to help you reach your goals without spending thousands of dollars per month and by making it as easy as possible for you to stick to the program.
